A day built for you
Planning for the years ahead can feel overwhelming. There are forms to fill out, decisions to make, and questions you may not even know to ask yet. This fair brings everything into one room, so you can get answers without chasing them down.
Whether you are thinking about your own future care, helping a parent navigate new challenges, or simply want to understand what resources exist in our community, you will find something useful here. Everyone is welcome, and there is no pressure to sign up for anything.
Memories Matter is a student-led club at Arlington High School. Over the past two years, we have raised close to $6,000 for the Alzheimer's Association, and this fair is our way of giving back directly to the neighbors who have supported us.
What to expect

- Free blood pressure checks
- Short, plain-language talks on advance care planning, the Health Care Proxy and MOLST forms, and how Medicare and MassHealth work
- Workshop tables where you can pick up the actual forms and get help filling them out
- Food vendors on site
